+ -1 moreThe phone number is for Urban Henry's cell phone -- he must be the owner. All I ever get is voicemail on the cell phone. There is no other number to contact them, such as an office number with a live person to take the call. It's a very bad first impression. We called another water company instead and they scheduled a free water evaluation within two business days.
Description of Work: I emailed and called this company to request a water test on our newly drilled well. They replied to one email (before we moved in), but would not return repeated emails or phone calls once we moved in and were ready for them to come out and test our water.
