+ -1 moreJohn Byars was prompt, courteous, and professional. We were able to text him symptoms and able to get an appointment within one day. He showed up on time with the part needed & was able to fix it quickly and stayed to make sure it solved the problem.
Description of Work: diagnose & repair Samsung washer. Replaced the drain pump.
