Not very well, I believe they took advantage of us.

The team they sent was extremely professional. They came to our business and were able to do a major job without disrupting any of our customers. They were very polite and I was especially impressed by how tidy they were. My daughter recommended them to me and after getting several estimates they were the cheapest and the fastest, and they came from a good distance away to do this job. I will definitely be using their services for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

Called in the service request and nice lady took my information.  I told her that my the blower fan was not working.  She told me that there would be a $75 diagnosis fee even if that is problem.  I was OK with that because the troubleshooting that I did was very limited.  The service technician arrived at the agreed upon time.  He was courteous and professional.  He discovered that some bolts had come loose in the fan squirrel cage.  He corrected this problem and then the outside unit would not start.  He replaced a capacitor in the outside unit which corrected the problem.  Repair took approximately one hour.   $75 diagnosis fee + $60 labor + $106 capacitor = $241.  I was satisfied with the quality and cost of service. Any other time I would have attempted the repair myself however I was sick and it was raining like cats and dogs. One general comment is that capacitors are fairly simple to change out and can be purchased off the shelf for around $25. The mark-up may seem excessive at first glance however I consider it justifiable due to the ongoing costs of stocking and maintaining service vehicles.
