I just started using them again after I got back into the country. They are always prompt and it’s easy to get a hold of them. They do regular treatments, but if there’s a problem in between treatments, they’ll come back and take care of it. My experience has been that their customer service has always been good. I pay $75 a quarter, and then a yearly termite inspection fee of $125.
