Dealing with this company was difficult from day 1. They did nothing that we asked. They overcharged us, claimed that they did services that they did not do. The bottom line is that we were lied to and ripped off.
Description of Work: If your insurance company calls in Servpro of Brunswick County to clean up water damage, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! We were severely overcharged for what should have been a simple job. Servpro left our property in a mess. We had to pay someone to clean up after Servpro before we could even get a quote for the repairs. We were charged approximately 3x what other companies would have charged us. The owner was very unprofessional and threatened us when we questioned his pricing. We were very much taken advantage of by this company. Please, please do not use this company; insist that your insurance company find you someone else.
