After a site review of the project, Sandman provided a very competitive price to add a zone to my existing irrigation system; on the scheduled day to start the project he (Lamar) came unprepared no tools (also I began to doubt if the person knew what he was doing). He indicated that he would be back the next day and on the next day no show/or call. On the third day he showed up with a helper who knew less than Lamar did; the finished product was totally not what I asked for and he had the audacity to submit an invoice 40% above the quoted price. I would strongly advise against anyone using this company and they are a detriment to the HomeAdvisorâ s brand

Lamar showed up on time, gave me a fair price for the work, was quick and did a fabulous clean up afterwards. I liked the work so much that I gave him a little more $$ than we had agreed upon. In Feb., I may have some other projects he can help me with and I'll definitely call him.

I have 2 houses in north myrtle beach and I live in mass. He called me went out on sunday.he took pictures sent them to me and gave me a price which was reasonable and I said fine. He did it sunday and took all the garbage and sent me pictures of it done. Great jo . He will be doing other work for mr if I need it. Sent the check this am. Thank you great job

They had a confined area in which to work and they kept flower/plant damage to a minimum. Climber/cutter was an amazingly skilled and hard working. I will hire them again.

I referred to Home Advisor after a man I had previously hired fell through. Lamar contacted me immediately and rushed down to assess the work and give me an estimate, then he went back to get his trailer and returned to spend the rest of the afternoon clearing a huge pile of hurricane debris from my backyard and take it away. I could not have asked for a better person to do this work that I could not do myself. Will definitely keep his business card handy and highly recommend.

Came to survey the job and said he would be back in a few minutes with some help and a trailer! They even took the time to help me move a very heavy concrete set that took up 15 minutes and still charged the VERY fair quoted amount! I used them for junk removal but I will call Sandman for all my tree and construction jobs in the future and I have several things on my list! James
