 + -1 moreWe purchased a PC on April 29th. I changed my mind on my decision and on may 11th. a gentleman named Brandon said that we would get our refund in a few days in the form of a check. On the 19th of May we still had not received our refund. We called on May 22nd (after we demanded the 800 number) corporate gave us the run around. Corporate acknowledged they owed us the money, but we still have never seen it. They just keep transferring us through automated services and we never get to talk to a real person.
Description of Work: Bought a personal computer.
