+ -1 moreWe purchased a bedroom set first. When we walked in we didn't know what we wanted, but as we roamed the store we saw it. It was delivered the same afternoon, assembled and they cleaned up the packaging. On our second visit we purchased some accessories and some furniture (can't remember what). Again, very satisfied. Our most recent visit was to buy some patio furniture. We kept looking at what was on display and comparing it with other stores. When we finally chose our furniture, they were sold out. One man sat with us and answered our questions about the furniture, where it would be, in the sun or protected, etc. Then he showed us many styles and helped us decide. The order took a little longer than anticipated (3 weeks instead of 2), but it is just what we wanted. Each time we called to check on the delivery, they answered immediately or called us back. All in all, the experiences were all good. We'll return.
Description of Work: We are new to the area and visited several furniture stores. The salespeople at Kimball's are helpful and respectful of your time and privacy. They answered all our questions, made suggestions if requested, walked us to different parts of the store to view options and sat with us to choose our furniture from a catalog, since they didn't have exactly the color we wanted. When we entered the store we were immediately welcomed, asked if we needed/wanted help and then left on our own as we requested. When we wanted to see someone, it was very easy to have someone respond. They have a good variety of bedrooms, living and dining rooms, comfortable chairs and a room of "beachy" furniture. In addition, they carry a nice selection of accessories. Very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.
