The painting quote was very reasonable. The painters were extremely careful. The job was finished with minimal follow-ups. The foreman was on the job every day. The HOA is very pleased with the quality of work; no spatter, no spills, no broken windows. Harold Estep was a "customer is always right" kind of person, who wanted us pleased with his work. He does not advertise at all, because of word of mouth; but runs a large operation of skilled painters.
