Purchase and planning process were top notch. All aspects were covered as part of the process. No surprises.
The team was first rate from the start to finish. Pool installation was on schedule as promised. The concrete decking with "cool" concrete finish is beautiful and worth the extra cost. The semi private fence installation was first rate. Would highly recommend the Carolina creations team. Of the three bids we obtained they were by far the most professional. This project at our Holden Beach beach house was first rate.

It went very well from the first day we had our meeting with Art to discuss the sizes of the pools and getting an estimate. When the actual work started in our back yard, it went smoothly. The company's team of pool installers and landscapers were very professional and courteous. The most important attribute is their knowledge of their product! Great workmanship from beginning to the end. We couldn't be happier with our new inground pool.

Art came out in March, gave us advice, an estimate, and a tinative installation time. With the estimate, he went over senerios that could possibly affect the estimate. He and his project guy, Eric, met with us again to go over everything, before they started the project. They went over every detail about every aspect of the pool, from installation, warranty, and how to care for our pool. Art is very professional, yet very personable and gave us a since of trust. Our pool is beautiful, it did end up costing about $4000.00 more than the estimate, but these were unforseen conditions that Art explained up front as a possibility. With this said, they have our recommendation for doing a quality, efficient and timely job!

I hired Carolina Creations for weekly lawn service for my elderly dad and they have been fantastic. I had 2 other lawn services prior to Carolina Creations and they were not reliable. I love they are full service.

Due to the weather, we had a delay of a couple weeks. But when they arrived the staff began working hard and the hole for the pool was completed in a day and the fiberglass pool was in the ground the second day.  They were able to finish the plumbing and the sides were covered in the next couple of days. The ground was graded and ready for concrete by the end of the week. The following week the concrete company completed the grading to allow for proper water drainage and poured the pool area.  The fence company arrived upon the completion of the concrete, and installed the fence that day.  The pool was cleaned and made ready for our family to enjoy.   The Owner followed up with us to make sure we were happy and showed us how to use the filter system and how to properly clean the pool.

STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!  Horrible customer service provided by Calen Stiller.  Installed perennial bed in a dormant state and when 10 of 11 plantings failed to come up in the spring said "read the contract, we don't guarantee perennials"  Paid $10,000.00 for this type of arrogance and the response was pathetic.  Design was really initiated by us with little help from their "designer".  If you do choose to go with this over priced, over hyped service do yourself a favor and get one of the principles if you are lucky enough to get their names.  Very secretive group.

Our family was looking to invest in a large pool for our backyard. Carolina Creations gave us the pool of our dreams, all within our budget. From our first initial meeting, the company's owner, Art Miller was very professional and thorough. Art helped us realize exactly the pool we wanted and needed. A pool is a large investment and we are thrilled with the final product. Every person that worked on the project was respectful to us and our property. The crew was extremely hard working and I could tell they cared about their work product. The pool builder did an incredible job and really paid attention to the small details. 
The customer service provided throughout the project was amazing. We had a small issue arise during the construction process and we expected the company to just give us the typical "sorry, that's how it is" line. Not this company, Art quickly remedied the situation and even covered the cost of misunderstanding. I was pleasantly surprised that Art truly wanted us to be happy with the pool. He didn't make us feel like just another job; he followed our project from start to finish. It was really refreshing to work with a company that cares about their customers and their work. If you're looking to build a pool, I would highly recommend calling Carolina Creations.
  
  

Carolina Creations did a wonderful job on our pool. The space and zoning restrictions were very tight but Art and Eric worked hard to fit it in within the regulations. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to several other people already. Job well done!

After meeting with several contractors the choice to go with Art and Carolina Creations was clear.  From our first meeting all of the way to completion it was a great experience.  Art, Eric and the rest of their team are first class. We had some ideas and a vision for what we thought we wanted, but wound up with so much more! We would recommend and refer anyone who asks us about our experience.  

EXCELLENT!!! Art Miller and his team, (including a great project manager, Eric), did a fantastic job creating and installing a beautiful oasis in our backyard and all within less than 6 weeks and for a reasonable price. Carolina creations is a very professional company. I called for an estimate from Art in September of 2015 and within less than three days of his visit we had a design, estimate and contract signed for completion by early April. Art and his team delivered on their commitment even with the change orders to add a kitchen, fencing and landscaping. The workmanship is if excellent quality, with the staff always prompt in retuning messages and showing up as expected. I highly recommend Carolina Creations and Landscaping. They truly helped us build our dream backyard oasis and all in time for spring, summer and fall!

Carolina Creations did an excellent job from beginning to end.  They worked closely with us, with a lot of patience and time, to help us decide the type of pool that would be best for us.  Our site had some nasty challenges, and they were diligent in exploring cost effective options that would ensure that the work would be done right.  Their crew worked tirelessly and their project manager made sure that all work was done to a very high degree of quality.  Each day workers left the site clean and safe. We were constantly asked how we wanted things, given options and advice - and told they would work with us to make sure we were happy with the results.  They gave us excellent ideas but always kept our budget in mind.  Communications was great - we were always accurately informed of each step, when it would be executed and by whom.   The work included the pool, concrete and fencing.  Can't say enough good things - especially sales and project management - all excellent and highly recommended.

This is a great landscaping firm. Art Miller and his team are fantastic. They are very professional and get the job done efficiently and on time. In fact we are so pleased with their work we have contracted with Art Miller for grading of the rest of our cleared land and a fence installed. His company is the one to go to!

When we first met the owner of Carolina Creations, Art Miller, we felt that taking care of his customers was their #1 priority.  We had heard several good reports on them and decided to use them.  We were not disappointed.  All of the employees were excellent to work with and provided efficient and professional assistance.  They took time to explain any questions and made it a very pleasant experience.  We felt like part of their team!

We moved about 3 years ago, and as the kids got bigger, we started to really miss the swimming pool we had at our old house, so we contacted Art at Carolina Creations to remedy this problem.  After initial discussions, we realized that he and his crew could do a complete turn-key job on our entire dream backyard.  After installing the pool and attached spillover spa, they poured and stamped a beautiful pool deck.  To finalize the project, they built a a stone kitchen adjacent to the pool.  The kitchen includes two sinks, gas burners, a refrigerator, and a pizza oven.  Underneath all of the beautiful aesthetics, they also ran all of the plumbing coordinated all of the electric work to run the pool and kitchen.  We spent our entire summer in our backyard and couldn't be more pleased with the final product.  Thanks Art, Eric, and crew.
