They were very hard to contact and get ahold of. It has taken six months to get this job finished. We are waiting for them to come collect their payment so that we can let them know they have installed our downspouts incorrectly. They were supposed to eliminate two downspouts on the front of our house which cause too much water in the yard. He did not convey to his workers so they put them in the same place. The work is very good but he does not return calls.
