Lacy responded immediately to our private road bed that was washed away by a VERY heavy storm. We literally had no way to get out of our property, and no way for emergency vehicles to get to us.
- - Within MINUTES he coordinated heavy equipment companies to assist in our critical situation
- He scheduled all deliveries of the required dirt, gravel, and manpower
- Lacy acted as the project coordinator, and, did a fine job of getting the road back to normal, performing much of the fine grading
