Strong lack of communication from Sandra and her team. She initially under quoted the job and when she arrived said it would cost an additional $100 for the service. Additionally they were never able to give a time when they would arrive and I had to call day of to remind them to come!

Sandra and her Team from Shalom did a great job cleaning my house inside the first time for a reasonable fee. We set up a 2-week schedule and I am eager to have them back. What a load this is to have off my mind! It frees me up to focus on other things I need to do. Also, I am recommending them to my daughter.

Shalom has been coming to our home every other week for 16 months. There have been 2 times that I ve needed to bring something to Sandra s attention and she immediately responded and made sure it was taken care of. We owned and operated a residential cleaning service for a number of years so we understand the challenges but also have very high expectations. Shalom meets those expectations, great service and crew! We love having Shalom in our home!

They're very fast, and they do a very good job. At least three people regularly show up. Most importantly, the people who show up are always the same people, which indicates that they're not dealing with a lot of turnover. Please note though that we've only been using their service for 2 1/2 months.

Shalom did a wonderful job on a deep clean of my home. The team cleaned all areas discussed and the house looked great when I arrived home. Scheduling the cleaning was easy. I have hired them for regular, bi-weekly cleanings as well. Sandra is very personable and easy to work with. I look forward to many more cleanings that exceed my expectations.
