I’ve known Patrick for awhile now and had no hesitation about calling him for a repair at a family member’s house! Parker and company was Great! Drake came out right away after I called him. He was extremely professional and kind. He explained things to me in terms I can understand since I’m no expert. He made sure all my questions were answered before he left. MOST importantly, he fixed my Air conditioner!!! I’m so thankful he was able to be such a big help and I can’t recommend Parker and company highly enough. I signed up for a maintenance contract with them because of the Value they offered. Drake is the only one I Trust to handle my AC from now on and am more than willing to give him my business!
