Mike and his crew did a great job. The job did come in higher than expected, took longer than expected, and here were couple questions around scope. However, It was a big job and the work done was great. I forgive the other things because I know the work done was the right work and it was done correctly.

Some lumpy patches in my asphalt drive way which were caused by tree
roots were dug up and replaced giving a smooth surface. Then my driveway was
sealed. (I have a rather large asphalt driveway). The workers advised
me that the moss growing on my driveway had to be killed in order that
the sealer would work properly. They told me to use Chlorox, and this
worked nicely after several sprayings with the bleach. I informed them that
the task was done and they promptly applied the sealer. The sealer was
brought in a tanker, not 5 gallon buckets. The workers did a thorough
job of cleaning off my driveway (which is under many trees) before
applying the sealer. None of the electric lines under my driveway were affected.
The foreman was very helpful and courteous. He had told me that many other
companies would have just applied sealer over the moss, and I think he is correct.
My driveway looks almost like new. I am extremely happy with their work and honesty.

Workers arrived on time. Areas around the house were protected by tarps
during shingle removal. Workers completed roof and cleaned up all debris
as promised. No hidden costs. Walk through with owner to ensure no
damage to house or property as a result of the roof work. Final price
reflected estimate. No hidden costs. Since then I have had a chimney cap
replaces and gutter guards added. No surprises there either.
