Very unprofessional, I had very old paint chipped railing, I ask him to replace everything keeping the same design and layout. He used would inferior to what I already had. He failed to sand out wood filler on nails and he tried to paint a portion of railing even though it was starting to rain. He would make promises which we would fail to keep. He has failed to give me an itemized invoice indicating it was paid in full.
