This was a house remodel. I had a company install 3/4 inch thick x 3 1/4 inch wide red oak wood flooring. Mike Luther then took over and finished the floors. He and his employees sanded, stained and applied 2 coats of polyurethane to the floors. The result is beautiful. He took the time to show me several choices of stain colors until we found one just right to complement the new kitchen cabinetry. He applied the stain and the polyurethane on his hands and knees.
