"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

"Called them on Thursday before Hurricane Irma was to come through & figured they would be booked solid, but they got me scheduled for the next day! Prompt & great customer service! Saved my husband from getting on a ladder since he would only be able to do the lower level gutters & it was really the 2nd story gutters that needed cleaning. Definitely will hire again!"

"Did a great job cleaning the gutters. We knew we had a leak in the roof & got them to check it out. They examined the whole roof & told us we only needed to replace one part of it. Other companies would have tried to replace the whole thing."

Gutter Cleaning questions, answered by experts

While you can clean your gutters without geting on a ladder, you won't know just how well you're cleaning them without the use of a telescopic water pole. Some ways to clean gutters from the ground include using telescopic cleaning tools and a leaf blower extension, wet/dry vacuum extension, pressure washer, or garden hose with a curved end.

If your gutters are out of reach, a leaf blower with a gutter cleaning attachment can help blow out leaves and dirt. You can also consider using a telescoping gutter cleaning tool, which extends your reach while allowing you to clean from the ground. These tools often have adjustable attachments, such as brushes or hoses, to clear debris effectively. If these options aren’t practical, hiring a professional is a safe and efficient way to clean your gutters without risking injury.

Yes, professionals can spot and rectify downspout issues such as clogs, leaks, or disconnections during cleaning. They ensure proper water flow, protecting the building's foundation and preventing water damage or erosion.

Use of harnesses and ladders ensures safe roof access.

Yes, there are several downsides to installing rain chains. For one, rain chains have a lower flow capacity than a typical gutter and downspout system. This means that if there is a rainstorm, the rain chain can stop working completely. Rain chains also cannot redirect rainwater away from your house. In homes with a sloped yard, this could cause water damage in your foundation or basement.
