My neighbor gave me the name because he always uses them. It is a small company I think. I don't think it is big. We had gone away, we turned the A/C off and it wouldn't come back on the thermostat was shot. So they had to replace that. He came back in the fall then to check the heating system make sure it is running right. We have a duel fuel system a heat system with gas back up. Normally I would fix the thermostat myself but this was 8 wires instead of 2. Don't know why and he didn't know either. They were fine. Excellent. The guy was real sharp. He knew what was wrong and they had the parts to take care of it. They answered by dumb questions. The price was reasonable. I always take care of that stuff myself. Responsiveness was very good, excellent. I would use them again.
