The system is working great. Our 2900 sq. ft. Energy Star home has a separate AC system for first and second floor, and an 80 gallon water heater. Our latest power bill (1/4/08 through 2/6/08 -- almost a full month of heating) was only $154. The one prior was $145, then $124, then $105 in October. We don't even know that the system is managing our power. There are a few things we can do to customize the system for even bigger savings, such as reducing the hours that the hot water heater operates during "peak" power hours. The company guarantees a 20 - 40% reduction in energy costs, and I know the system will pay for itself very quickly.
