The repair went smoothly. The repairman (Cory) even showed up 15 minutes early! He was very knowledgeable of the product and replaced the switch nicely. He took care not to rip or scratch my kitchen floor. Cory was very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. So far Sears has not let me down. I truly appreciate their products and service.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE ONE DOOR THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY FAST. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF EVERYTHING AROUND THEM.
