The first day they showed up he came and seemed ready to work. He requested his money up front. Yes, I know I should not have paid him everything up front. They tore my kitchen apart in preparatoion for the ceramic tile the electrical outlets were pulled out. Then tore moulding off to put the new moulding up. They then left for the day stating that they would be back the next morning. I waited and they never showed up. I called that afternoon and they said it was raining is why they did not come, I made the comment that it would have been nice if they had called me to let me know that they were not coming.( That was just one of the many times that they did that.). They never showed up before 10 in the morning and usually left by 3. It took 3 weeks for them to install the backsplash and still is not right. Many places are not even grouted. They painted my trim and doors. They did not putty the nail holes and when they painted the doors they did not remove the hardware before painting them. They did not even paint all of the door. When I questioned them about it they tried to blame it on the lighting and probably the paint was old. I explained that I had painted trim the night before and did not have a problem. The whole day the son complained about how much painting there was to do and they should have charged me more. I finally asked the, to just leave.
