The response and repair was quick and complete. The only issue was the final cost - I have never had a sprinkler system and so never needed repair and did not know what it should cost. The final cost was a little high, but the system works beautifully. The only issue I have is that one other company returned my call, and gave me an estimate of about half of what this cost - but they did not give me a date specific and so did not do the work. All in all, I am happy with the work and recommend Pacific Lawn Sprinklers, but suggest you might want to be clearer on the cost expectations.

The company was ok but I do not think I will be using them again. Here are the issues we had: 1. When they scheduled the original appointment, they did not put enough time on the order. We were in the last slot of the day, and the person was behind schedule so I ended up having to reschedule the appointment for the next week. Not a huge deal but annoying 2. When they came, the person told me that the part that they quoted was the wrong part, and the new part is $600 instead of $300. Apparently, the part they quoted is one used in NY, and I live in NC. They knew I was in NC when I got the quote, so my appointment now is twice as much as I expected. 3. They got the part replaced that I needed, and turned on the system. However, one of the zones was not coming on, and to get that fixed I would have to schedule another appointment. I was expecting that I would have a fully working system when they left, so this was very disappointing. At the end of the experience, I paid 2x what I expected to have a 90% working system. The work they did was good work, but with all of the other issues, I will be using them again.
