"Hello. Although we would have loved to help you with your appliance, we do not perform appliance installations. I think you have us mistaken for anther company. All our service fees or quotes are a flat $35. We are a remote service that helps customers diagnose and repair their appliances. During our appointments, the technician calls them on the phone and uses their cell phone as a camera feed to see what is going on and walk them through the repair. All the best!
