He called to reschedule on the same day. Then he repeatedly contacted my husband to inquire about the problem and then asked him to pick up parts for the problem. It was so unprofessional and we canceled him even though he tried to say he did the repair on your end so we were charged for the repair even though he rescheduled. Your service said no charges would be pushed through until the repair was complete and you charged us even though he never came. Total hassle and waste of time.

It went well. I knew that there was a possibility that the microwave could not be repaired, but that's what I wanted to find out for sure. The repairman that I spoke to (Thomas, I believe) was very helpful and explained the likely problem and that because of the age of the microwave, it would be very difficult to find the parts. Conclusion was that it would be best to proceed with replacing the microwave.

Great! Harmond answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. We were able to quickly find the problem and Harmond was able to search for what parts would be needed to fix. It turns out the part and model are discontinued. This was expressed in the follow-up email that I provided to my home warranty company.

Not good the repairman came and looked at the fridge and then he pulled it out from the wall and said I don’t know anything about this unit and he billed me 75:00 dollars and didn’t do anything to help me.

Kevin couldn't make it. (Dr's appointment? ). He sent a handyman type guy to fill in for him. Didn't do anything except look on the internet and try to troubleshoot it that way. I'd already done all that myself ! He said that our 10 year old Samsung was " too far above his pay grade ". Kevin called to check on him and he told him the same thing. By then it was becoming clear that we'd been had.The money we spent for the service was a joke ! We just went ahead and replaced the machine. DON'T DO "ANGIE'S LIST "

Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it.
