They did a great job and explained exactly what they were doing. We were very impressed.

The work was done after hours. I came home and my house was burning up, and I was sick to my stomach. I have used them multiple times. They are the ones who installed my unit 17 years ago. The price is good especially after hours like that. The quality is good. I would use them all of the time; everyday.

Excellent, punctual and effective service at a fair price.

Of all the companies she called to come in and do a quote for her they were the ones that not only were the best priced, but they also did not try to sell her stuff she did not need. I don't remember the price, but they were thousands cheaper. They were the ones that told her she probably should replace both units. They actually told her that they would not bother with doing some of the stuff that other companies tried to talk her into which would have cost thousands more. They were prompt and when they told her they were going to be here they were here. They came in and for everywhere they needed to go they laid out a cloth and plastic so that they would not make a mess on the floor. They actually went up the stairs and covered the stair handles. When they were done they actually dusted all the way down from upstairs to downstairs on that just in case they touched anything. I was pretty impressed with their service while they were here. They did not have any filters and so they said when they came back they would bring filters with them. They were professional and friendly. They worked quickly and did a really excellent job. They did not overcharge her.

Very courteous employees! Came right on time and found the problem immediately. A new coil had to be ordered and they had the part within 3-4 days. (We had an estimate from a second company which was for $900 more, so the cost was very reasonable!) I would definitely use Joyner and Dickens again!!

I called Jand D to come out and take a quick peek at my AC unit before the summer temps arrived and--like always--they picked up on the 2nd ring, made an appointment to get someone to my house, and that was that. The Jand D guy arrived ON TIME, he went over my unit with a fine tooth comb, he tweaked a few things, cleaned the unit and made some suggestions to lower my power bill this summer. He was there about 1.5-2 hours. Our system is running better than ever. Jand D installed the system a few years ago and we've never had an issue with the unit or their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joyner and Dickens.

My heat pump was blowing cold air. I called and they had a fellow out to the house within the hour. Gene Vester was the tech and he really knew his stuff. He replaced a wiring harness and warned me if it had blown then something else might be bad. There was. It was a computer board. They ordered one. Had it in two days. He showed up. Popped it in. Tested everything and did the annual servicing. Very friendly fellow. Was very good at setting my expectations with regard to letting me know there might be an additional issue besides the wiring and when to expect a resolution etc. Really knows his stuff. I've used them before for annual servicing. This is the first repair. Would recommend them to anyone with an issue with their AC or heating. One final note. My units are getting on (over 20 years old). Discussed options with regard to repair vs replace. Did not feel like the Gene was trying to make a sale. I feel he gave me good advice on when to repair vs when it will be time to replace. Honesty is a big deal in business so they will always have mine.

It was a good experience. They were punctual, professional, and offered different options. They gave quotes for all options. I was pleased with their follow up after the work. There was an issue with the inspection with the county and they came and fixed it promptly. They were easy to talk to and work with.

In a word-fabulous! The crew showed up--on time, if not a bit early--and started work immediately. They had our old unit disassembled and whisked away in minutes, the new until was brought in, installed and tested before the close of business. They cleaned up their mess, didn't tear up the grass and made sure every vent was functioning perfectly before leaving. You couldn't ask for a better experience. AND, since their prices made it an easy decision to go with the more efficient units, we went with the ultra-efficient heat pump our power bills have dropped quite a bit.
