It went great. He called to see if he could come a little earlier. I agreed. When he arrived he introduced himself. He was very polite and professional. He immediately started checking the fireplace. He got the pilot light reignited. He checked all the lines and artificial logs. He showed me how to start the fireplace. He also explained about how to set the ceiling fan to get the best circulation of the heat. He shared about putting a thermostat in place to regulate the system going on/off. It was an overall great service.
