Had one unexpected issue, but it was resolved without difficulty. The workmanship was exceptional. Attention was paid to every tiny detail. I expect professionals to be professional, but I am usually disappointed. Ray exceeded my expectations. What a pleasant surprise.

Coldren Bothers converted one bay of a garage from a room back to a garage.  They ran in to a few unexpected issues and handled them all professionally.  Unfortunately, we ran out of money before the finishing touches were completed but everything that was completed was flawlessly and exactly as we wanted done.

They were very helpful.

I am older so I am expecting to be on a wheel chair within the next 20 years which is normal for my age group. So they built the deck with no step down which is what I asked for.  Usually there is a 3 inch gap between the step of the house and the deck step.  They did not do that instead they put in a porch with the step of the house. The flex extension did not fit the right way but that is one of those things you need to live with.  I think for that you need a bigger deck.  They had three days but they did it in two days.  They were great.  They were very polite, very obliging people, and I have nothing negative to say about them.  Price wise I am not sure because I am not into it as much.  I thought they were a little high because I was steep.  It is hard to say as I did not have other estimates because this guy seems so great.  He gave us a price without us being here.  He is just very good.  He knows what he is doing.  I think the price was reasonable but I am not sure.  I thought their quality was great.  They got to work, they did what they needed to do, and they took a couple of breaks when necessary.  They just did real well.  They responded quickly. We were kind of thinking that they had cancelled on us.  But they called us.  They were very responsive as far as what we needed.   I thought that it was great that he was able to put that step up higher because that really makes things easier for me earlier.  Punctuality was great. I would use them in the future.
