When they built the house they must have put the unit in the attic with the roof off. They had a small hole to gain access but they managed to get all the equipment up there and themselves. They did a great job and it's been working fine ever since.

This was a horrible experience all together. The technician that came out was shady and unprofessional. Both times, he asked that I pay cash for parts at a discounted price and gave me contact information so that I would call him instead of his company. Each time, shortly after he serviced both my a/c and my heat, they broke down shortly after. I contacted my home warranty company who sent out a trustworthy company for repairs instead of calling him. Both times, the trustworthy company asked if I had tampered with the unit myself. I cannot say this is how the company works, but this particular employee is ripping off his company and possibly destroying property trying to earn a little extra income on the side. I hope like heck this is not how the entire company works, and I have a feeling it is not, but this one employee is destroying the company's name and reputation if this is how he operates at each customer's house.

It is the same company that the lady used that I bought the house from. I like them and they are professional. Their prices have increased but I've never had an issue with them. The price is a little high for simply looking to make sure that everything is in working order. I will absolutely use them again.
