Camerons Body Shop Inc

I had an accident on 7/18/2013, in the morning. There were no injuries just damages to my right front, and quarter panel of my car. I called my insurance company and was pleasantly surprised that when the adjuster called me later that day she was scheduled to be in my town the next day 7/19/2013 and asked if I could meet her. I told her of course. She did my appraisal and my choices of approved repair shops..                                                                                                                                                                                                        I chose Cameron's from the insurance choices. I called them to see when I could bring my car in and was told I could bring it then if I wanted to.  I took my car to Cameron's to see if they accepted the insurance appraisal. I went to Cameron's that same day 7/19/2013, I went in the office door, it is owned by really nice man and as been in business for awhile. I am on a cane from the accident I was a passenger in, in 2011. Once inside the ladies offered me a seat and asked me if they could help me. I told them what I was there for and they got the people for me to talk to about the repairs. One was the owner who reviewed my appraisal and then he called a body man up who then took the appraisal and went out and looked at my SUV and came back in and confirmed that they could do the job. They told me to bring it on Monday July 22, 2013. 

• I dropped my car off at the repair shop on Sunday 7/21/2013 and on 7/22/2013 the rental car agency picked me up to give me my rental. My rental was approved through 7/25 and the car repairs were supposed to be done on the same day.

I got a call on 7/23 that a part for the car was going to be delayed so my car would not be ready until 7/26, I was also informed that they had called and told the adjuster. So that the  rental car would be extended for the extra day. I went to the rental agency to turn in the car to turn in the car and they told my I had to pay the extra day. I told them that they were supposed to have been notified, but I paid them. I went to Cameron's to pick up my SUV and when I arrived and told them what happened the nice owner immediately picked up the phone and called my insurance adjuster. I was nice for him to do what he did, here I was thinking I was going to have to fight with them and wait on a check to get my money back on the rental, if I got it back And then later I received a call from the rental agency asking if I can come back by so they could issue me a refund that day. My SUV was fixed the paint is beautiful, the people were all very nice and friendly and I got my money back.  And they went out of their way to make me comfortable and Happy.
