I have a Samsung Dryer that is little over a year old that stopped spinning. I have a warranty on the Dryer through SquareTrade. SquareTrade shipped the needed parts to repair the Dryer. However, I was contacted by SquareTrade and was told there were no contracted service techs in my area, and I would need to hire my own and they would reimburse be the cost of labor. I contacted a two others before contacting Basic Appliance Repair. They either refused to use the shipped parts and wanted to use their own or were so backed up it would take two weeks for the repair, and their cost was over $250. Basic Appliance Repair was contacted by my wife, and he showed up the same day. He used the shipped parts provided by SquareTrade, and he was fast, friendly, and professional. He will defiantly get our business again.

He was able to fix it quickly and explained what happened. He was very responsive on a Saturday and had us back in action within 3 hours of calling him. Service charge was half of other repairmen on a Saturday. No additional cost since new parts were not required.

Mr. Guerra explained the issue ,what it would take to fix it. And how much it would cost...he also let me know what to do to prevent the problem from happening again...
