I called Airotemp on a Saturday morning because I found their phone number on an old thermostat I was replacing with a programmable model. The wiring was confusing and I didn't want to fry my system. Ryan was able to find some time in his weekend schedule to come out and ensure I didn't spend a cold winter night without heat. He worked quickly and professionally and was done in less than 20 minutes. From my first call to completing the job took less than 2 hours. I would absolutely call them again if my HVAC system broke. Great customer service.

We had a home warranty and Airotemp came out. The heat pump initially went out. They said they would put the order in because they didn’t have one on hand. I was overseas, so my wife and child sat in a freezing house for 2 weeks. We called our home warranty company about it and they said they never received the order so nothing had been ordered yet.

So it took about two and half weeks to get that repaired. About two weeks later, the fan went out and it took about a week to get that fixed. The work got held up, but once the work got done, it was quality work. The guy that came out was dismissive towards my wife about the situation. I hate to fault Airotemp because I’m not sure who lost the communication.

I called in and got a cheerful receptionist. The service was available almost immediately. I chose the next day instead. I received a call about 20 minutes before the appointment letting me know they were running about ten minutes behind. The technician arrived only 8 minutes after the scheduled time- great in my book. He did a diagnostic, found the problem, left to go get the part, returned, and fixed it all in less than one hour. Turns out, the serviceman was sick, so the owner of the company was out making all of the service calls.
