The home inspector did a thorough job! We had some concerns and he was more than accommodating to stay extra time to elaborate and put our concerns at rest. He also recommended further evaluations for items outside of a home inspection, like HVAC inspection and a termite inspection.

Paid $595 for a home inspection and the heat didn't even work the first night I stayed in the home. Now I'm stuck paying a deductible and dealing with the Home Warranty (fortunately I have one) until someone can come out and fix the heat. I contacted Carmine and all he said was that he operated the thermostat and it worked fine. I don't see how operating the thermostat is any kind of "inspection". Anybody can do that. Would NOT recommend.

Mr. Allen was very polite and took me all over and underneath the house to show me up close all I had to be concerned about before purchasing the home. He instructed me as well on many issues as to what I needed to know and do after purchase, to make my home safer as well as any home repairs I could do myself. He would be someone I would call again for any home inspection needs.

Carmine was on time at both the inspection and the re-inspection. He paid alot of attention to detail and noticed even the most little things like blown light bulbs. He gave a detailed report in form of a PDF that detailed all his finding and ranked them in a way that we could tell the most important things to get corrected. He discovered a drainage problem in the foundation that coused beams and floor joist to rot. We were able to get the seller to fix these and Carmine came back out to reinspect and gave a stamp of approval on the repairs made. I would never buy another home without first having Carmine inspect it.
