He an his crew did a fantastic job.

He was always late on promises. We were to move in over Christmas holiday 2013, June 2014 we're still living in an RV. Todd has left the job allegedly filing bankruptcy. He left behind a full dumpster of which I had to pay his bill before they would pick it up, a hole in the cement floor of basement and not one phase of the project completed to the point of use. His sequencing was totally out of whack, the foundation had to be laid three times to get it centered. If you are considering this guy, beware, be very very wary.

This is the second time in a year that we have used Todd Kirby. He built our deck for us and his quality was excellent but he was always delayed in finishing his work. We thought we would try a second time because his quality of workmanship is excellent. However, this time we signed the contract in August and the work was not completed until October. Todd subcontracted the work to 2 very efficient and excellent workmen but from start to finish took 2 weeks because of delays with the schedule and ordering material. Todd failed to contact us when he wasn't going to show up and never returned phone calls to us, even after reminding him how important it was to let us know their work schedule.
Overall his finished product and cost is excellent but he is VERY UNRELIABLE.

Quotes were accurate and fair. Mr Kirby and any subcontractors used were punctual and professional. I would highly recommend him for either new construction or to remodel an existing home.

Contractor Todd Kirby was extremely careful, honest and accurate. Several in our Carolina neighborhood use him.
