As a family group business, our company has grown steadily with the support of the Home Builders Association as well as a number of major general contractors in our area. We have completed projects for hospitals, universities, vineyards and many more businesses and private residences in our community. We strive to provide top notch service and quality of work on all of our jobsites regardless of type or size of the project. Throughout a project, we are on site regularly to ensure high quality of work and that the project is going as planned.

"I started this company using the YOST coat of Arms as our logo with the approval from my father. I promised at that time we would deal with all business with HONESTY, INTERGRITY AND HONOR. This means something to me and WE WILL NOT CHANGE! Nor will be back down when we know that we are right! The member (Investment Properties, LLC) purchased a house with the intent of flipping it for a profit. After looking at the foundation of the house we discovered that one Complete side of the house was falling in.The member refused to repair or address the damage. The house should have been bulldozed and rebuilt on the property. The house had extensive damage to the roof and had to be completely sheeted as well as trusses replaced to repair the damage. We repaired the addition at the back of the house that had wood rot for material cost only. The electrical wiring of the house had damage due to rodent infestation and was apparent after removing the roof. Addressing the complaints 1. Trash in the yard. a. Before we started the project there was trash that was left on the property from the last owners. It was like a junk yard! I took pictures of the property and have them as proof that it was! I quoted a fair price for removing additional waste. I also have pictures of the house and yard after we left the property. 2. Gutters a. After completing the quoted Roof replacement, Window installation, Vinyl siding. And installation of an A/C window unit for FREE. the member wanted to add gutters to the house but didn’t want to pay for them. I quoted a fair price for just the front of the house which was still too high but he agreed. We did not quote the back of the house! This project was over two years ago. Since this project we have worked for some of the largest General Contractors in the world. You don’t get continued business from reports like this and it is sad but true.
