Stout Heating and Air Conditioning is your source for indoor comfort solutions. We offer a full range of air conditioning products and services, outstanding on-time service and repairs, knowledgeable replacement advice, and quality new installations. We work hard to exceed our customers' expectations, and have served thousands of residential and commercial customers for many years. Stout's employee staff consists of installation technicians, service technicians, and well-informed office staff. All of our installation and service technicians are factory trained, which ensures trouble-free, white glove clean installations. Clean cut, courteous, uniformed technicians that are on call 24 hours per day. Modern radio dispatched fleet for quick response. We have been in business since 1984 doing residential and commercial service and installations. We have 17 employees and we are a Trane TCS dealer. Call about financing!

You get what you pay for. These guys are great. The are responsive and punctual. Our sales rep spent over an hour preparing a quote and going over different options during his initial visit. Jared was quick to answer emails and phone calls; work was scheduled promptly and delivered as promised. We reached out to several other companies for quotes, a few did not even respond. The folks at Stout Heating and air are good people to deal with.

I would continue to use them because of the quality of their work. Their customer service is fantastic. They answer phone calls and they do follow-up. They have great customer service. Their pricing is a little higher.

The lady who answered phone was very polite and assured me they would repair unit even though they did not install it. The
,technician was at my house approximately 1 hour after I placed call, was experienced and professional. I have nothing to compare cost with, since this is not a common occurrence, however it seems reasonable since the repairs ran into two days. I will
use them again.

I contacted Stout Heat and Air to perform routine maintenance on my air conditioner and gas furnace. I was told by the technician that my air conditioner was fine but that the furnace was corroded through the front of the heat exchanger and that the furnace should be replaced or repaired. He quoted a cost of $1500 for repair or $1800-$2000 for replacement. Having just purchased by home in February and having a home warranty in place, I contacted the company holding the warranty and reported the problem. They sent another technician to examine the problem with the furnace. That technician examined the furnace and said that the furnace had one small spot of rust on the exterior surface which he repaired with silicone and that there was no rust whatever on the heat exchanger. He performed routine service on the furnace and said that it should be fine for several more years. As of this date, the furnace is running normally.

We got several estimates from other companies. Stout gave me everything in writing, and everything was guaranteed. It is very important to me for them to have their ducks in a row when they first come out, as their first impression means a lot. They were much more professional. We felt comfortable knowing they would install everything correctly. It only took them three days to do the work for our large home. They were in and out and you would never know they were here.
We were so pleased with this previous service, we have a service contract with them. We have them come out twice a year to service our heating and cooling system.
