1) Estimate in Feb 2015. Chosen on price
2) Job began in May 2015, took longer than expected to start due to getting material, weather and other jobs
3) Job took about 2 1/2 weeks, originally thought 1 1/2 weeks. Did a good job on installation but had issues. Some of the screens center pieces were not straight to window and a few holes in screens. Door installation was not as complete as it should have been.
4) Mr Speaks and his team came back out two weeks later and cleaned all the windows, replaced all the screens with problems, fixed the door.

"We always appreciate feedback that allows us to improve our service. I checked this out with all our workers involved and feel we did the best we could with what we had to work with. We never met the Mrs. The husband brought the old screen door in. I can assure that we have never used the excuse that we fired the worker that did the repair. The gentleman had been numerous places and could not get anyone to do what he wanted. We simply took on a no profit hard job to help him out. The old door was sagged and out of square and very hard to make screen inserts to fit and lay flat with success. At his request we redid the work and thought he was happy. When you rehang a wood storm door that wracks, the screens will wrinkle as the door sags. To stop that, an adjustable tension rod is needed crossways on the door to keep it square. The customer did not want the rod appearing across the sightline. I truly wish it could have been more suitable to her. We probably should have rejected the job as others had, but we always try to do the hard jobs no others want.It was explained to the gentleman the task at hand and he understood what we were up against.
