They fixed the leaking pipe but they also found the cause which consisted of several other areas of piping to replaced. I loved their knowledge, quick thinking. I will definitely recommend this company.

Rowan Well put in my new well a couple of months ago. So I called them when I didn't have any water. Todd came out and found the problem in minutes and not only fixed the problem, but showed us what to look for in case it happened again. There is no one else I would use for my Well/Pump needs. Kari in the office is friendly and professional. She never makes me feel like my questions are stupid. And Todd and the guys have always been great! Very Professional, Friendly and Knowledgeable. The service is stellar!

The service was excellent. We found them on here after my Mom's water suddenly stopped, called them in the morning, and she had water again that evening. They came out after hours once she got home from work, fixed the issue, and were very reasonable, e

specially considering the distance they traveled. We will definitely call them for any future well issues.

I'm very impressed with Todd and his son. I called their number last night at 6:20pm, lady from the office called the same night and first thing morning Todd and his son arrived to evaluate what was wrong. Looks like *someone* had changed the previous pressure switch at our well to a cheap Chinese copy and it had stopped working. It was also time to switch the well tank and this was the perfect opportunity to do so. Todd had both the less expensive tank with shorter life expectancy and the better quality Amtrol Well-X-Trol tank with longer life expectancy. We chose to go with the better quality one.
In an hour we had water again and we can't be happier!
I will contract Todd again for other projects at our house.

We didn't hit sufficient water until 518 feet, but then we got lucky and got a lot more than we needed to run the house + our new geo-thermal system. Hitting water is NOT fully in the contractor's control. As we went down, he kept asking whether I wanted him to stop or go on. Paying BTF gave me complete control of that decision. Customers may not realize how much stress the contractor is under on whether a hole produces enough or not. A good contractor, like a surgeon, wants a happy result, too. When I noticed a surge of grit several days later, he actually came back, re-checked, taught me maintenance, and explained that a hole through that many layers may take a whole week to clear out. We have been extremely pleased with Todd and his work.
