First of all he drove an hour to get to Charlotte on short notice. He was prompt. He was well equipped with tools including electric saw. He even had his own water to mix cement. When he was done, he even raked debris from the yard (not related to the job). He was professional and courteous. I tried to him $70 more than he originally charged to show how satisfied and impressed I was with his service. He refused it. Gave it all back to me plus $20 of what I owed him. The mailbox looked as good as new. BTW- I thought I was gonna have to buy a new mailbox. But no. He fixed it and it was up to postal standards. Recommend highly.
