My John Deere mower experienced a warranty issue shortly after purchasing it new from James River Equipment. Upon contacting them, they sent a representative to pick up the mower and took it back to their shop. It was returned repaired the same afternoon! Everyone was helpful and did what they said they would. Even though they were very busy and all their technicians were tied up, they still made it happen. I'm impressed!

I used the tractor last night and everything is fine. I have had them work on my tractor several times either for routine upkeep, maintenance, or minor repairs like replacing broken belts and the gasoline issue which was no fault of the tractor. It was just old gasoline that had absorbed some water from the air and caused it not want to run at all. Every time I have used them, they have done a great job. I have used them a lot and I highly recommend them.
