I entered the info into Angie's List and Butch called me within a minute or two of sending the request. He completed the repair the same day and emailed the receipt as I am already out of town! Very efficient!

A great experience!   GRI kept us advised of their schedule and they were invariably responsive to our phone calls, texts, and e-mails.  The price we agreed upon was reasonable for the amount of work and the high-quality materials involved.  The new roof was installed with a high degree of care and diligence and the finished product looks absolutely fantastic!  GRI arrived at the site promptly, performed their work quickly and expertly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.  Wes Graham and his crew were professional at all times and the finished job reflects this professionalism.  Based upon our experience, we would recommend GRI unhesitatingly and we hope to do business with them again in the future!
