Robert was just super!! Not only did he reassure me that my job wasn't small because it was something I wanted so I shouldn't apologize, he helped me decide on the tile and grout I should use. Then he was great about working my job into his schedule and I love the outcome. He was so right about everything and the finished job looks super.

Great. You can tell the floor was put down by a professional. The floor was laid out very well(multiple colors in hickory). They did a great job of securing the floor, very few squeaky boards & hardly any gaps between the boards in how they laid it. Transitions to tile & door frames are perfect. These guys get A+ on quality in my book. Oh yeah, when the original flooring came in, he made the mill return it b/c he said it was defective. If I would have done it myself, I would have never known & would have put down an imperfect floor.
