It didn't go. The service was provided by Amazon when I placed the order for my basketball hoop. Flat Rate Services Charlotte assigned Glenn to complete the setup on 3/26 from 8-11am. I worked from home to be here for the setup. At 10:26am I received an cancellation from Flat Rate Services Charlotte stating "Customer didn't show up". I have been working in my office which is next to our front and only guest accessible door since 6am. No one knocked or rang the bell. My dog would also have alerted me if I was in the restroom. No phone call to double check the address or anything just the cancel. I called Flat Rate Services Charlotte to find out why they didn't show up and cancelled my order. Glenn answered and said he was here and no one answered. When I explained my office is next to the front door he hung up on me. I called and filed a complaint with Amazon. I wasted a day at home and we still don't have the hoop put together due to horrible communication and customer service.
