There were two very nice men who came. They were very courteous, very nice, and gentlemanly. One went home early and the other one stayed to finish up the work. He worked three hours over time, which he did not charge me for.

THE ROOTER MAN WAS A REALLY PLEASANT GUY. HE WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH BECAUSE HE ALWAYS KEPT A GOOD ATTITUDE, EVEN WHEN THINGS WEREN'T GOING THE WAY WE HOPED THEY WOULD.
