called & left message early july... no return call. called mid july... said he would come to discuss and measure... didn't come. called again and he made appt for 9 am on a tuesday morning... 9:45 and he was a no show... called him and he said he thought appt was next day... he showed 20 minutes later. he spent a hour measuring and discussing refacing. said he would have price quote on thursday. he didn't call. on friday i called and got voice mail... on monday i called and he said he had gone out of town and had not had time to " put numbers to it". he did not apologize or say he would get back. never heard a word. total lack of professionalism. we gave him ever chance in the world because he is a neighbor business but we finally contracted with another cabinet maker who did a great job for us.
