They explained everything that needed to be done. They were on time and finished the job on time. They were very respectful when working around the house and would especially check and inform us if they had some work to be done on the side of the house where the bathroom is situated. They cleaned up well after themselves. They are very professional. They knew that I had been ripped off by another company before and they understood that and worked accordingly. If they ran into a new problem or spotted a new damage they would first come and show it to me, explain it in detail and only worked on it if I approved, basically they wanted me to be confident in them and not feel ripped off in the end. I felt that the price was very reasonable considering the number of things they did. On the materials they bought for the project they only charged me what it cost them and did not try to hike the price like some other contractors I know would do. They charged me $40 dollars an hour per person and there were two people who came out to do the job. It might sound a lot but I think it was worth it for the quality work and the professional manner everything was dealt with. The crew was friendly and I m very happy with the work done. I know one thing and tat is that I never want to loose their number.
