Our house HAD to have a multitude of features: Location; Affordability; Location; Single Story; Location; 2 baths; Attached Garage; True fireplace; Gas heat/appliances; Front porch; formal dining room; Back deck; Large lot; Low maintenance; Move-in ready; No small dogs nearby; Nice views, Not pre- owned by smokers; nor Cat people; nice landscaping; and Painted inside and out in modest colors. Brad rightfully knew we were impossible buyers, but he was dauntless. I would find homes cruising neighborhoods, combing the internet, he would get us inside for a look after he did his own screening. Brad has the boundless energy of youth. I pointed our blood stains, bullet holes (birdshot to 9mm), safe rooms and heavily locked closets. He taught me how to date electrical wiring, point out the order of additions, multiple septic fields, etc. We both got quite and education and became good friends in the process.. Brad is ultra-polite, not at all pushy, he's not afraid to point out the cons, He actually dissuaded us from giving offers on a couple of properties, for which we later thanked him.. OH, I almost forgot - he busted his butt for houses in the $60 - $140k range.. He regularly sells houses in the mid-6 figure range. I can't say enough good things about this man -get to meet him and you'll know why.
