I am completely satisfied with the professionalism and technical competence of The Water Heater Experts. Both Field Technicians, Scott and Mike, were punctual, respectful, and efficient. The scheduler, (another) Mike, was friendly and accommodating. For any water heater problems or questions I would highly recommend this company.

Went well overall.They didn't return my initial phone call, I had to call them back the next afternoon. Luckily, my old water heater was only leaking a little bit and this wasn't an emergency.
Once the appointment was made, the plumber was punctual and professional, he determined that due to the age and the issue with the old heater, that it needed to be replaced.
The price was a higher than I had expected. I had a similar sized water heater replaced in my previous house in another city for quite a bit less.

They were very prompt with their services and they kept us informed with what they were doing. They actually took the time to explain the operation and what was done. If everyone were like them, it would just be awesome.

Same day service was exactly what I was looking for, and these guys did not let me down. My hot water heater was 16 years old, and suddenly I had not hot water for a shower one day. I called The Water Heater Experts when I saw several reviews on Angie's List stating they had one day service. With it being later on a Friday, I wasn't certain I would be as lucky, but I was! All of my contact with this company was great - I felt like I was dealing with family rather than folks I had never met before. Removal of old and installation of new only took about 2 hours total. There was no evidence afterwards that any work had been done (everything was cleaned up, and old tank hauled away), other than my new water heater. Before leaving, the Field Technician explained the new water heater thoroughly. Overall, for an experience that started with a 'cold shower', ended up with a very happy customer.

Excellent service from both the office and field techs.  The knowledgable and friendly staff helped us select the right product for our needs.  The special pricing for Angie's List subscribers was honored.  Appointments were on-time and professional.  Shoe guards were worn to avoid tracking dirt into the house.  Carpet was covered to protect against drips from the removal of the old hot water tank.  Nice job on clean-up and removal of debris.

I contacted three local companies which sold and installed"on-demand" hot water heaters. Two gave us estimates quickly and answered all our questions. One gave an estimate but never returned our calls for information on the bid. This company not only answered our questions but made contact with us several times to see if they could provide any more information. There was a minor mistake made on the installation concerning the location of the heater. However, the matter was resolved to our complete satisfaction by the company. 

IT WAS ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETED TASK IN SHORT ORDER.
