Land Works Grading, LLC is a professional excavating & grading contractor, based in Rutherfordton, NC. We provide excavation service to residential and commercial clients in Rutherford County and all surrounding areas. We started in 1998 as Land and Timber Services Inc. Our grading operator Lee has been a grader for over 30 years and still loves the work as much as when he began. He is more than a dirt mover - he is a land sculptor. Certified and licensed septic installer in NC/SC. We offer Excavation, Grading, Backhoe Service, Septic installation and Repair; Build driveways; Dig basements and footers; Trenching for utility installation; Land clearing and leveling; Drainage issues resolved.
