We were purchasing a home last year that needed the complete roof redone. The previous owner contracted these people to perform the work. It was suppose to come with a 15 year No Hassle Warranty and a 30 year Manufactures Warranty. Now it is a year later and we have 2 leaks in the roof. I contacted these people to come out and take a look to see why it was leaking and was told that the warranty doesn't transfer. I was a little upset about this since it has only been 1 year since they did the roof. I asked if they could come back out and give us a quote on the repair since they did the work and knew what they did when they installed the roof, and now they won't respond. I had to get another roof contractor out to fix the leaks and it is costing us a few thousand to repair. Just FYI, if you sell the house, NO WARRANTY. And if you don't sell the house, be careful because their work must be horrible if the roof is leaking within a few years time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
